You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for notifying TYH Marketing if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Service scope, pricing, billing, deliverables, and timelines are defined by the applicable client agreement, proposal, invoice, or written communication with TYH Marketing.
Dashboard data is provided for operational reporting and may depend on third-party platforms, API availability, account permissions, and the accuracy of connected data sources.
The portal may connect to or display data from services such as Instagram, Facebook, Google, Meta, Supabase, Vercel, and Resend. TYH Marketing is not responsible for outages, policy changes, permission limits, or data delays caused by third-party platforms.
You represent that you have the authority to provide or connect any business account, social profile, advertising account, or website data submitted through the portal.
You may not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, submit harmful content, or use the portal to violate any law or third-party rights.
TYH Marketing may restrict or suspend access if portal use creates security, legal, operational, or platform-compliance risk.
Marketing performance can vary based on budget, creative quality, market conditions, platform changes, competition, seasonality, and client inputs. TYH Marketing does not guarantee specific revenue, follower, lead, conversion, or advertising outcomes unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
