TYH Marketing uses client and applicant information to provide marketing services, operate the client portal, communicate with clients, and improve reporting.

When a client connects or submits an Instagram profile, we may use Meta and Instagram business tools to retrieve available public or authorized business analytics, including profile details, follower counts, media information, reach, impressions, and engagement metrics.
We use information to review applications, onboard clients, provide marketing services, prepare reports, maintain dashboards, respond to requests, send service emails, and keep client records accurate.
We do not sell personal information. We only share information with service providers that help us operate the portal, send email, host the website, manage analytics, or deliver contracted marketing services.
The portal may use providers such as Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Meta APIs for Instagram or advertising data when configured.
These providers process information only as needed to support the services TYH Marketing provides.
We keep client and application information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve portal operations.
If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize eligible data within a reasonable period unless we are required to keep it for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing info@tyhmarketing.com.
You may also disconnect platform access through the relevant third-party platform, such as Meta or Instagram, when those tools are used.
