Data deletion
Use this page to request deletion of data connected to your TYH Marketing application, client portal account, or connected social profile.

Include the email address used for your TYH Marketing account or application, your business name, and any connected Instagram or Facebook profile that should be reviewed.
After verifying the request, TYH Marketing will delete or anonymize eligible application records, portal profile details, client request history, stored reporting snapshots, and connected social profile data controlled by TYH Marketing.
If data is stored by a third-party platform, such as Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Supabase, Vercel, or Resend, you may also need to manage deletion directly through that provider.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or contractual reasons.
TYH Marketing will reply to confirm receipt of the request and may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before deleting data.
